Rule 30
Those who are dealing in securities must obtain a certificate
At the time of commencement of this regulation, a person, firm, company or organization engaged in securities trading after obtaining membership of the securities market must register their name with the board as a securities trader in accordance with this regulation and obtain a certificate.
